The website www.acscyprus.com (hereinafter  mentioned as "the website") belongs to the company with the name ACS AIR COURIER SERVICES Cyprus Ltd and the distinctive title "ACS Courier", which is based in Varkizas 14, 2033 Strovolos (hereinafter mentioned as ACS Courier) .

The use of the ACS Courier website (hereinafter  mentioned as "the company") and its related rights and obligations are governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein and in its integral parts and apply to all its content and its individual pages.

The website is provided by ACS Courier and is addressed only to legal or natural persons with full legal capacity who can enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law. The use of the website, its contents and applications by minors (or under 18 years of age) is prohibited.

For the convenience of the users of its services, ACS Courier provides through the website some dynamic applications, such as the conditional access to the tracking of each user's shipments, the search for the nearest store of its network, the calculation of indicative shipping costs, the display of the list Τ.Π.Υ. (service pricelist) or A.Π.Y. (invoice of service) etc.

These applications may be used only for the above mentioned purposes and are for informational purposes only. ACS shall not be liable in the event of any incorrect registration or any damage to the user from the use of such information or applications. Especially with regards to the applications related to specific shipping information, the information extracted from it is intended solely for the user who sent it or on whose behalf it was sent by others and its use is prohibited by any third party.

This is a strictly personal service and therefore the sender’s right to use the application related to the shipment and the information related to it cannot be assigned. Any access or use by any unauthorized third party is strictly prohibited.

Some, more specific, electronic applications of the website (such as the applications "ACS Connect", "my ACS", "ACS Web Services", "Login area", "registered users area") require the registration of the user as well as a password or passwords, through which he / she will be able to use them.

Next to the name of these applications there is a «» icon, which means that this application is locked for unregistered users and its use requires the registration of the user based on the respective procedures governed by ACS.

For more information on both the registration process and the types of applications for which registration is required, as well as the accessibility ratings, each user can refer to the Instructions of Use of the Website. In any case, the user registration presupposes the explicit and unconditional acceptance of the terms of use, including those contained in the Privacy Statement  – Security and Privacy Policy, and this acceptance is always requested by ACS and is necessary to complete the process for user registration. That the electronic applications and the "user manual" are provided by ACS Courier to the user "as it is" and ACS Courier does not guarantee their functionality and in no case is responsible for any kind of loss or damage (including indicative of any positive or deposit losses, lost profits) that might occur through their use and expressly and unconditionally waives any relevant claim against ACS Courier for any damage that he/she suffered, for any reason, from the use of the applications.

That he / she is solely responsible for the protection and confidentiality of the passwords in the ACS Electronic Applications ("username & password"), which are provided by ACS for his/her own use only, and he/she bears the sole risk of damage to themselves or ACS from any access - in any way - to a third party. Even if a registered user wishes to assign access to his / her account to third parties - other users - he / she may at his / her own risk declare them to ACS through the online access management application without disclosing his / her personal access details. In any case, the assignor is responsible for granting access permissions to third party users and ACS bears no responsibility.

That his/her account and registration have been completed with a valid personal e-mail address, to which only he/she has regular access, and if this is not the case, it can be canceled unilaterally by the company.

That the user must immediately notify ACS, at helpdesk@acscyprus.com, if any third party is informed of the password or if there is any unauthorized use of its email address or if it becomes aware of any breach of security.

That in case the user is asked at any time to electronically accept the terms and conditions of the applications and accepts electronically (via relevant electronic acceptance - click or enter on a button on the screen - in an area where there is access only with his/her own unique codes) they accept that they have received their full knowledge and accept them explicitly, fully and unreservedly, as if they had done it themselves.

That he/she accepts and guarantees the accuracy of his/her own electronic entries and selections and is solely responsible in case of incorrect or inaccurate entry.

Through a special service available on the website section «My Account» the registered user has the ability to retrieve the company's service invoices that concern him/her, in digital format (PDF) using secure personal passwords (username & password). There is also the possibility if one wishes to choose to cancel the sending of invoices in printed form, choosing their exclusive receipt from the ACS website by submitting an electronic invoicing application (download in PDF / text format A & B of the customer's invoice) in the section under «User Details» on the ACS website or by sending an e-mail to the company. The e-invoice deactivation e-mail can be found in ACS's electronic communications with the customer regarding its electronic invoices. In the event that the electronic transmission of ACS invoices is selected, the user expressly consents and accepts the specific method of sending and receiving invoices and in addition declares that he/she wishes to cancel the sending of invoices in printed form and to receive automatic notification for invoice issuance via e - mail, in which there will be the appropriate link (hyperlink), to the website to enter the special security area "login" or "my ACS" with its unique security passwords.

The upload / download in PDF / text format A & B of the Customer's invoice will be considered automatically as the electronic receipt of his/her invoice by him/her, with the simultaneous recording of the date / time and his/her electronic address (IP), at the time of the upload . The user expressly and unconditionally accepts that the e-mail address to which the updates will be sent is under his/her complete, exclusive and undisputed control, therefore ACS is not responsible for any damage it may suffer from any third party access, in any way to his/her e-mail.

Clarification regarding (ΓΟΑΜ)

ACS courier products and services are governed by the General Terms of Carriage (ΓΟΑΜ)which are available on this website and at all ACS stores, from where anyone interested can obtain a copy.

The terms of use of the website should not be confused with the terms of the transfer of ACS, which in any case govern the provision of courier services and awhich are assumed to be accepted by the user when  in any way or by any means has assigned ACS such services.

The electronic creation of a shipment - order by a registered user of the website, signifies the automatic acceptance of the current version of ΓΟΑΜ, and that the sender has filled in all the necessary additional forms (eg Recipient Charge or Cash Charge - for parcels - or Proforma Invoice for international shipments).

Membership termination – Termination of corporation with a client with legal differences

Termination of membership is possible at any time for cases of change of e-mail deletion of user e-mail or unilaterally by ACS in case of irregular use of the Site or termination of cooperation with a contract-credit customer. Any claims of the company after the termination of the cooperation with a client and in case legal requirements arise, this will not be reflected in the display of the client tab.
