Online Pick-up
Dear Customer,
Welcome to the ACS “Online Pick-up” service related to the Online Courier Pick-Up. Through this webpage you can schedule online a Courier Pick-up in just three steps, with the convenience the internet provides you and without waiting on the phone.
In the next steps you will be asked regarding the Shipment Departure Point i.e., the address from where the Courier will pick-up your shipment and more details, e.g., weight and number of pieces. Correct input of your address and phone number(s) is essential. Please note that we may call you, should we need any clarification.
At any stage you may call our Customer Service Department at 7777 7373 in Cyprus or +357 22273000 from Abroad.
Once you input all details of your order, you will receive an e-mail about its progress. Upon acceptance of the order by the local ACS store, your shipment will be scheduled and assigned to a Courier for pick-up and will be no longer possible to make online changes - so please call Customer Service for any changes.

Instructions to get started
- To get started, please log in to the ACS website by clicking on the Login link and enter your login details (e-mail and password).
- If you have not signed up yet, press “Sign Up” to Create an Account and receive your password to your e-mail.
When you complete the process, click the Online Pick-up logo on the top menu of the Home page, in order to move to the webpage of the Web Courier Call service.
