You can track your shipment here.

If your shipment is ready for pickup from an ACS Shop, you will be notified via SMS or Viber once it arrives at the delivery location.

 

Tracking DPD/SPEEDY shipments (Shein-Temu-Ali Express):

For DPD/SPEEDY shipments (Shein-Temu-Ali Express), you will be notified via SMS once the shipment arrives in Cyprus. If you have not received an SMS or Viber message from ACS with your 10-digit tracking number, it means that the shipment has not arrived yet in Cyprus, thus we cannot unfortunately provide any additional information at this time.
