Shipments with the touch of a button for ACS's Corporate Clients!

Are you a Corporate Customer* of ours? Now, with the innovative ACS Connect application you can connect with ACS Live from your computer easily, quickly and completely free of charge for the management and tracking of all of your shipments! ACS Connect allows you to print your own proof of delivery (on a special label with your company logo) while it processes online your request to ACS's central office. At the same time, it helps you follow in real time the progress and history of all your shipments.

The features offered to you are:

• Total control of your shipments for all your departments and all your users.
• Tracking of cost centers.
• Total and immediate picture of the progress of all your shipments or for each user separately
• Management and print out of client personal information, linked to ACS's data.
• Immediate notification for any difficult to access delivery destinations.
• Online entry of orders/ scheduling appointments with ACS, without calling.

• Cost Reduction regarding shipment preparation and the checking your monthly invoices.
• Reduction of problems in data transfer (to ACS's system from the handwritten client information in the proof of conveyance).

* Note: Corporate Clients are the Clients who have a Corporate Tax Identification Number, a credit code and who receive monthly invoices for their shipments.

If you are already an ACS Corporate Client (holder of a credit code and receiving monthly invoices), just click here here (installer .exe) to download the ACSConnect2 application and then:

1. Select “Run” and follow the installation guide (wizard), by clicking “Next” on each screen.
2. When the installation is finished, an icon titled "ACS Connect2" will appear on your computer’s desktop.
3. Double click on the icon to open the application

Alternatively, if you do not wish to install any applications on your computers, you can select ACS Web Connect, to use the application via internet. Learn about the Web application of ACS Connect by clicking here.

The application offers you the same features regardless of your selection.

The following 2 options are available when you open the application for the first time (described in more detail in the above pdf file):

• Test Mode: You can select the use of demo codes for quick 'acquaintance' with the program and the creation/ monitoring of "50 virtual" shipments - just to see how simple the application is (after you have completed the installation, input the word demo in all fields of the Registration screen).
• Normal Mode: You can use the application with the normal operation codes, with no restrictions, for the creation and monitoring of actual shipments. If the online access codes have already been sent to you then enter them when prompted.

If you do not yet have the online codes, click here to fill the form (to ACS Sales Department, 45 P. Ralli, Tavros 17778), so that we can activate your codes and send them to your e-mail address.

If you are not an ACS Corporate Client and are interested in obtaining the ACSConnect2 software, you have the following 2 options:

A.  Test Mode:  You can download the ASC Connect application and select the use of demo codes for a quick 'acquaintance' with the program and the creation/ monitoring of "50 virtual" shipments; just to see how simple the application.

B. Normal Mode: You can use the application with the normal operation codes, with no restrictions, for the creation and monitoring of actual shipments. If so, follow the steps below:

1. Ask from ACS the issuance of a credit code (with monthly invoicing), click here to send us your details online to contact you.
2. Fill in the online form to prepare your financial offer.
3. Complete and send us the relevant ACS Electronic Service Provider / User Agreement which will be given to you along with the written financial offer for cooperation with ACS.

We will send to your e-mail address your unique access codes which are required for the application following your sending to ACS the above form signed and with your corporate seal.
