For any issue regarding your shipment, please contact us at the email address: helpdesk@acsycyprus.com

Such issues include:

  • Release of shipment from Cash on Delivery amount
  • Shipment Delivery Delay
  • Billing Issues
  • Loss or Damage shipment
  • Customer Service issue with ACS Office

 

It is important to have the tracking number available when contacting us.

Customer service hour are Monday to Friday 7:45 – 19:00 and Saturday 9:00-13:00
