The gateway to the Site is the home page from where the user can find the information or application that serves him, with the fewest possible clicks.
The home page provides direct access to two key applications; the Search of shipments and the Search of a Store. Also, the area for Quick Access is located at the bottom left of the screen, from where the user has direct access to User data, cost calculations, his/her balance and the old ACS Site.
The area for entry by the registered users is located at the top right, where one can Create an Account or recall a forgotten password.
The basic navigation of the site is carried out from the quick access menu, where access is gained to all pages from just one level up.
The menu offers five basic sections as follows:
- My ACS, to find all applications
- Services, for description of anything that regards ACS and the services it offers
- Quick Access, for provision of all quick information and applications of interest, by client category
- Information, for provisionof anything that regards ACS such as historical background and career information
- Service, for the provision of various services of interest, by client category.
Access is limited to few applications for users that have not registered, that is are just visitors. By registering, applications are "unlocked" depending on the access that the user has been provided by ACS based on his/her client category.
Steps for new user registration
It is the first and most necessary action in order to register a user. To initiate, select "Create an Account" in the login area of the first page.
Upon selection, the following screen appears where you must enter the information requested and the verification number. In the event that the verification number is not visible, then it may be changed by selecting renew or by pressing F5 on your keyboard.
Averybasic piece of information is the correct e-mail that will become the username for accessing the Site.
Upon storing, an e-mail is sent automatically to the e-mail account entered, which notifies the password to the user,thus confirming that the e-mail address is correct.
Upon completion of the above action the "basic registration" to the site has been completed.
You can change the password that was sent by e-mail from the menu My Acs Change Password
To change the password, fill in the oldand the new passwords and by clicking Change the procedure is complete. Access is carried out with the new Password.
To gain access to the information and to the applications that draw user shipment data from the main system of ACS, you will need to connect your ACS customer code with the web site user data. The ACS Member card holder can connect its card to his web site user data (After his registration) by visiting the page Code Connection and filling the necessary fields under ACS Member Customer. The trade - credit customer will have to apply to ACS for his codes to be automatically connected to the master e-mail of his company. The master e-mail has to be filled in his contract with ACS.
The procedure for ACS Member card holders is different than ACS trade -credit customers. In both cases you need to visit the page Code Connection.
In case you are an:
1. Simple user of the old ACS site
In this case enter the username and the password that you hold.
2. ACS Member Client
In this case enter the code of your card (13 digits) and the password that has been sent to you by SMS during your registration as an ACS Member. In the event that you do not remember the password you can retrieve by visiting the page Password Retrival or by calling ACS’s Customer Care in case that you did not submit your mobile phone or e-mail while filling the fields of your ACS Member Card.
3. ACS Trade - Credit Client
Apply to ACS in order to initiate the procedure of automatically connect your web site data with your credit account with ACS by filling the data required:
Following the basic registration and/or the linking of your codes which you already have, you can have access to your personal information from the menu MyAcs-> User’s Data.
